Surah Al Buruj Inshiqaq
Surah Al-Buruj opens with an oath:
“By the sky containing great stars…” (85:1)
It then recounts the story of the People of the Ditch (Ashab al-Ukhdood)—a group of believers who were burned alive for their faith. Allah praises their endurance and condemns the oppressors, assuring that divine justice will prevail.
